I would just like to add that my previous post "UncId Recommends...MIDDLE NAMES" is v. v. funny, because, when I state: "the middle name is like the cheese and/or jelly" of the American sandwich, I am implying that a sandwich could be constructed with cheese and jelly, which would be v. unappetizing and highly improbable.
